梁维发(Weifa Liang)，IEEE Fellow, 香港城市大学计算机科学系教授。在加入城大之前为澳大利亚国立大学教授。研究领域包括无线传感器网络、移动边缘计算(MEC)、网络功能虚拟化(NFV)、物联网和数字孪生、并行和分布式算法的设计和分析、近似和在线算法设计以及图论。在顶级期刊(如TON、TMC、TPDS、TC、TKDE等)和皇冠hg666体育议(如INFOCOM、ICDCS、IPDPS等)上多次发表高质量论文。共发表超过300篇论文，谷歌学术引用12500多次，Google index 62。目前分别担任IEEE Transactions on Communications和Elsevier的Pervasive and Mobile Computing 期刊的副主编。

讲座内容：

Digital Twin (DT) technique is propelling the intelligent evolution within the ecosystem of Internet of Things (loT). The Mobile Edge Computing (MEC)paradigm gives impetus to the vigorous advancement of the loT through provisioning low-latency intelligent services at the edge of core network, while DT technology enables edge servers to perform real-time data analysis,emulate system dynamics, and predict behaviours of physical objects.In this talk, we consider Age of Information (Aol)-aware, delay-sensitive intelligent services in a DT-assisted MEC network, by jointly optimizing the service freshness and the service response delay.
